Laurent D — Laurent Dietsch, what is your background?

I am a graduate of Kedge and HEC Paris (Executive Coaching), and certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM). I have worked for 25 years in Supply Chains and Operations for reknowed branded companies (Lacoste, Clarins, Fromageries Bel, Mattel, Sara Lee and Beiersdorf). I was part of the top management and steering commitees for 10 years.

What type of transformation projects did you lead ? What did you learn?

I designed and implemented strategic plans, logistic footprints, international warehouses, ERP, Advance Planning Systems, Supply Chain organizations…each time practicing Change Management at an international level…from the Board of Management to the shop floor.

What amazed me was that the human dimension was often not properly grasped and addressed, either due to time pressure or lack of proficiency.

Why create Eugenio?

Over the years, developping people from several horizons, understanding their needs and helping them reach their target gradually became my « personal booster ».
